Hey all, I’m Randy Travis, no, not the country gospel/song writer, but a 16 week little boy, currently weighing in at approximately 10 lbs.  and a “Good Old Country Boy” looking for some lovin.

It’s known that my Mom is a Beagle and Dad is a Dachshund.  Does that make me a designer dog, maybe a “Beag-shund” ? Either way, I take after my mom with my Beagley good looks, but will probably be a bit smaller like my dad.  I’m the last of 5 littermates who have already been adopted.  BUT, “On the Other Hand”, not the last, I’m “THE BEST of the Pack” FOR SURE!

You can see in my photo, I’m very docile boy, gentle and showing my intelligence already. I’m also fun loving, goofy, good with dogs, kids and adults. My best things in life are playing with toys, investigating my world, playing with other doggie friends, then after my exercise, I’ll want to get/give affection to my people. Yep, I’m eager to please and even tempered. “It’s Just a Matter of Time” until I’m scooped up and “I’ll Fly Away” to a new home/family.

I do have some training needs yet, but together we can tackle anything. After a few good walks, some ball or just a ride will do. All these things will help me grow strong, gain experience and bond closer to you, my future mom/dad.

I’m a true, down to earth, country boy. Like the song says, “No Place Like Home” for me! Especially with you by my side. Together we can write our own songs! I’m Randy and I want to be your “Inseparable Companion”! 

To submit an adoption application, visit mollysplacerescue.org. Fill the form out completely, print, scan and email back to mollysplace@verizon.net. You must obtain pre-approval prior to visiting the dog or cat. Adoptions fees include the following:    spay/neuter surgery,  microchip and registration,  age appropriate vaccinations,  initial dewormings,  Activyl for fleas,  tested for FeLV and FIV (cats only),  bubble bath prior to going home (dogs only) WE do not "HOLD" animals without an approved application and a non-refundable/non-transferable paid adoption fee.  Adoptions are on a first come, first serve basis.  We can not send extra pictures.  WE do not ship, you must pick up the pet.  Kitties must be transported in a secure cat carrier.   Pooches require a "martingale" collar and a non-retractable leash.
