Hi,

My name is Artie.  I’m a happy little guy that was surrendered due to no fault of my own.  Upon arrival, I looked more like a mop than a puppy.  After a haircut and bath, I’m all spiffed up and feeling so much better!  Good news, turns out I don’t need glasses and can actually see without all that hair in my eyes.  …what I relief, I thought I might be going blind.

I’m a poodle puppy, almost 5 months old.  I’m a cross between a mini and standard poodle, so I’ll probably be medium sized.  I’m hypoallergenic, …whatever that means.  I’m still a baby and learning new things every day.

This is my friend Millie who visits to help socialize us pups with kids.  I’m not sure what socialize means, I just know I love it when she holds and cuddles me.  I have friends here, so I I’m good with other dogs.  I get soooo excited and love to romp and play.  

Apparently I’m up for adoption, not quite sure what that means either.  I think it means I go to a new place to live where I get showered with LOTS of love and attention.  I’ll get my own bed and a HUGE pile of toys  ….maybe even my own credit card too!  Just what a boy like me dreams of, so I’m down for that.

To submit an adoption application, visit mollysplacerescue.org. Fill the form out completely, print, scan and email back to mollysplace@verizon.net. You must obtain pre-approval prior to visiting the dog or cat. Adoptions fees include the following:    spay/neuter surgery,  microchip and registration,  age appropriate vaccinations,  initial dewormings,  Activyl for fleas,  tested for FeLV and FIV (cats only),  bubble bath prior to going home (dogs only) WE do not "HOLD" animals without an approved application and a non-refundable/non-transferable paid adoption fee.  Adoptions are on a first come, first serve basis.  We can not send extra pictures.  WE do not ship, you must pick up the pet.  Kitties must be transported in a secure cat carrier.   Pooches require a "martingale" collar and a non-retractable leash.
