I’m one of Lab Momma Ember’s 7 babies.  Mommy is a black Lab.  We don’t know what daddy is, but we’re guessing a spaniel based on one the pups white with black coloring and our wavy hair.

Our journey started out kind of ruff.  Our mommy was outside in the cold, in full term pregnancy fending for herself.  She had no shelter, food or water.  With not a lot of options, she chose a spot behind a shed to give birth to help hide and “somewhat” shield her babies from the elements.  She was doing the best she could, but things were looking grim with a winter storm and freezing cold temps on the horizon.  

Thankfully, we were discovered and taken to a shelter, where we were finally in a nice, warm place.  Although the staff loved having us there and showed great kindness, a shelter is no place for newborns.  Molly’s Place heard the shelter plea for rescue help and we were off on a new journey to Molly’s.

Mom and us 7 babies were warm and safe with a comfy, cozy bed and food & water 24/7.  

Our approximate date of birth is 1/14/25.  I’m now neutered, microchipped, have had age appropriate vaccinations and initial dewormings.

To submit an adoption application, visit mollysplacerescue.org. Fill the form out completely, print, scan and email back to mollysplace@verizon.net. You must obtain pre-approval prior to visiting the dog or cat. Adoptions fees include the following:    spay/neuter surgery,  microchip and registration,  age appropriate vaccinations,  initial dewormings,  Activyl for fleas,  tested for FeLV and FIV (cats only),  bubble bath prior to going home (dogs only) WE do not "HOLD" animals without an approved application and a non-refundable/non-transferable paid adoption fee.  Adoptions are on a first come, first serve basis.  We can not send extra pictures.  WE do not ship, you must pick up the pet.  Kitties must be transported in a secure cat carrier.   Pooches require a "martingale" collar and a non-retractable leash.
